Customer Success Executive, Saintfield NI - £28K-£30K
Edwards & Finn is proud to be working exclusively with Right Revenue, an innovative, market-leading provider of hotel revenue management software.
The Customer Success Executive will be a customer-focused hospitality enthusiast, motivated by high personal standards of service and success. The Customer Success Executive will form part of the wider Customer Success Team and work closely with the Development Team so experience of cross departmental cohesion and collaboration is essential as well as excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess good industry knowledge, be technically minded and familiar with software applications. You will need a full, clean driving license and be prepared to work from a warm and welcoming office environment in Saintfield, Northern Ireland.
Responsibilities:
· Establish, nurture and maintain strong relationships with customers
· Work together with the wider team for the benefit of our customers, supporting with onboarding and training
· Proactively approach new and existing customers
· Support existing customers, be solution orientated and bridge the gap between them and internal teams
· Monitor and analyse success and use data to identify opportunities
