Our valued client based on the Birmingham Business Park, are seeking FIVE experienced Customer Services/Call Centre Operators to join their team on a permanent basis. 

Hours for this role are Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

The Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5 will play a massive part of our client’s team, operating within a fast-paced environment.  Your primary responsibilities will include handling both inbound and outbound calls, maintaining accurate database records, and delivering first-class customer service to their clients.

Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5 Duties and Responsibilities: 

Manage inbound and outbound calls efficiently, providing timely and professional assistance to clients and candidates.

Responsible for coordinating the day to day operations of different teams.

Input data accurately into Excel and other databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and organised.

Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships.

Adhere to company policies and procedures while always maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

The ideal candidates for the Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5 will have the following:

Previous experience in a similar customer service role, preferably within an office or retail setting.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional telephone manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to input data accurately and produce reports.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients and candidates.

Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5 :

25 days holiday + bank holidays

The Customer Services/Call Centre Operator x 5 MUST have experience in dealing with a high volume of INBOUND & OUTBOUND calls. They must have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
