Customer Service/Upselling
We are looking for a Customer Coordinator to work for this forward thinking organisation in Brentwood.
Working for this busy company your role will be to make follow up calls to potential customers who have shown interest in the product and take the customer through the process where necessary.
An excellent telephone manner is required with the ability to build strong relationships. You will be self motivated and make approximately 100 calls per day. Contacting and supporting customers, managing relationships, arranging appointments, and helping guide clients through their journey.
The successful candidate will be proactive, organised, and comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls. You will be responsible for overcoming objections, explaining the benefits of our services, identifying opportunities, and ensuring every customer receives a positive and professional experience.
In return the client offers a salary of £2500 plus up to £700 per quarter bonus.
Hours are Monday to Friday
