Huddersfield
. Following a superb year of business growth, they are now looking to recruit a
Customer Service & Sales Advisor
to join their friendly and vibrant team. Working
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
, with
no weekends involved
, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills who is looking to develop their career within a growing business. Salary basic starts at
£26,789
with the offer of future progression also available
Job Duties Include:
Handling calls from both new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner
Processing customer orders accurately over the telephone
Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer queries
Liaising with the Production Department regarding orders and any additional requirements
Dealing with customer complaints and resolving issues quickly and efficiently
Identifying opportunities to support sales and develop customer relationships
Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation using internal systems
Ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and efficiently
Requirements:
Previous experience within a
Customer Service Advisor
or similar customer-facing role is essential
Experience within the
Manufacturing industry
would be advantageous but is not essential
Excellent communication and telephone skills
A professional approach with a strong focus on customer service
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Confident using computer systems and maintaining accurate records
A positive and proactive approach to supporting customers and the wider team
