Customer Services Team Leader - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract - Cambridge* - £25,000 - £27,000

Main responsibilities include:
* Manage and delegate daily workloads
* Diary management for external providers
* Providing existing clients with an excellent service
* Setting up new clients
* Ensuring database is accurately updated
* Raising purchase orders
* Providing support and guidance to the team
* Handling any escalated issues
* Assisting with ongoing projects
Skills required:
* Confident leader with a positive attitude
* Strong administration and problem-solving skills
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Excellent communication skills
