Customer Services Representative
£29,000 plus bonus
Monday to Friday full-time hours office-based role
Due to expansion our client is looking for an additional team member, the position is responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations and proposals, processing orders, and maintaining strong relationships with both prospective and existing customers. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to customer engagement and contribute to achieving departmental sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities for the Customer Services Representative
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries over e-mail & phone.
* Prepare and issue accurate quotations
* Review customer orders for accuracy.
* Input customer orders in Sage ERP.
* Liaise with Warehouse and manufacturing division.
* Liaise with Carriers to follow up deliveries or obtain proof of delivery
* Resolve customer issues professionally.
* Build customer relationships.
* Follow up on quotations.
* Undertake additional duties as required.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience for the Customer Services Representative
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
* Strong communication and relationship building abilities.
* Good organisational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
* High attention to detail and accuracy.
* Self-motivated with a positive approach.
