As a Customer Service Representative, you'll handle and respond to all customer and client inquiries promptly across various communication channels like phone, email, web chat, and social media. Any complaints must be escalated and documented according to established protocols and timeframes. You'll take ownership of tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring stakeholders and internal teams are kept informed throughout the process. You will be in charge of identifying customer needs and guiding them to digital self-service options while promoting new features is essential for enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Effective management of workstreams is necessary to surpass key performance indicators and ensure timely and accurate task completion. Collaboration across departments is encouraged to provide seamless resolutions to customer inquiries, embodying our team ethos. Adaptability is vital in this dynamic environment, where additional support tasks may arise, and priorities may shift frequently. Your feedback on current services and systems is valuable for improving the customer experience and mitigating potential risks.

Hours of Work: Full Time, Permanent

Customer Services Representative Requirements:

Excellent communication skills. The ability to liaise with both Customers, clients and Engineers via the telephone and email in a highly organised and professional manner.
Ability to work on own initiative
Target driven
Customer focussed
Problem solving skills
Proficient in navigating Social Media Platforms
Real Team Player – we adopt a collaborative approach
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Customer Service
Educated to GCSE ‘O’ level standard or NVQ level 2 or 3 in customer service or administration
