Woking (Hybrid Working)
£40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Customer Service Manager looking for your next challenge? Do you have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and leading successful teams in a fast-paced environment?

Our client, a growing product-based e-commerce business, is seeking a Customer Service Manager to lead and develop their customer service function.

The Role

Lead, motivate and manage a customer service team
Oversee day-to-day customer service operations and performance
Handle escalated customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution
Monitor KPIs and implement improvements to enhance service levels
Work closely with internal departments to improve customer journeys and operational efficiency
Drive a customer-first culture across the business

About You

Previous experience managing and developing customer service teams is essential
Proven experience in a Customer Service Manager role
E-commerce or e-commerce-related experience is highly desirable
Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle due to the location
