PERMANENT ACCOUNT MANAGER - 30 - 36K neg D.O.E. - MILTON KEYNES
On a daily basis you are likely to be involved in:
* Delivering excellent service in an Account Management role, no sales involved
* Dealing with emails/telephone requests updating on orders and responding to queries
* Updating customers on expected delivery times and working closely with production to ensure everything runs smoothly
* Running reports and reviewing the trends
* Working closely with a small team that includes admin and business development. You will be responsible to maintain and build on relationships with existing clients and potential new clients
* Deliver accurate reporting information, presentations and proposals
* Provide support to the UK Sales Manager and Business Development Managers where necessary.
* Gather research and information on customers to support the Sales team where appropriate.
* Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations, approved by the UK Sales Manager.
* Conduct necessary customer suitability checks where necessary and appropriate in conjunction with Finance.
* Attend team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
* Working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
What we need from
* Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager, graduate or similar
* Comfortable with using Word, Excel and an ERP system
* Ideally from a manufacturing background but not essential
* Ability to conserve at all levels with strong listening, communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
