Customer Service Executive
Milton Keynes – fully office based
£14.50 per hour
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours)
Long-term temporary opportunity, with the potential to become permanent
Are you an experienced Customer Service professional who is available to start immediately?
We’re working with a fantastic Milton Keynes business who are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their busy and friendly team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and making sure customers come away feeling like they’ve received a brilliant service.
It’s a long-term temporary opportunity initially, but there is potential for it to become permanent for the right person.
What will you be doing?
Speaking with customers over the phone and via email
Helping with queries and finding the right solutions
Handling more complex conversations with empathy and professionalism
Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
Working closely with the wider team to achieve the best outcome for customers
Following internal processes and compliance requirements
What are we looking for?
Previous customer service experience is essential for this role, so unfortunately we can only consider candidates who already have a customer service background.
You’ll also need:
Great communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
A friendly, professional and positive approach
Strong problem-solving skills
Good attention to detail
Confidence using different IT systems
The ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
Availability to start immediately
