I am working with a client based in Colchester, who are seeking a new Sales/Customer Experience Executive. Due to their exceptional growth and increased seasonal demand, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the team.

Job Type: Fixed-term 4 Months Summer Cover, with the potential to extend

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 PA pro rata.

Location: Earls Colne, Colchester

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30, with potential for overtime by arrangement.

Job Summary:

The Inbound Sales and Customer Experience Representative will be responsible for receiving inbound sales inquiries, following up on customer enquiries, processing orders, updating our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, and some general administrative support.

This role does not involve outbound prospecting or cold calling.

Key Responsibilities:

Inbound Call Handling: Receive and respond to inbound sales calls, providing information and assistance to potential and existing customers.
Sales Follow-Ups: Conduct follow-ups on customer inquiries and orders to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve any issues and book jobs.
Order Processing: Accurately process online and email orders, ensuring all information is correctly entered into the system.
CRM Updating: Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system, ensuring all interactions are documented and information is up-to-date.
Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing clear accurate and timely information.
Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure seamless customer service and sales processes.
Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback and share insights with the team to improve our products and services.Qualifications:

Experience: Some previous experience in customer service and/or, inbound sales is preferred.
Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; detail-orientated with strong organisational skills.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems and good computer skills.
Attitude: Positive, customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Availability: Immediate start, a 4-month fixed-term role for the summer period
