Customer Services Coordinator
Location: Biggleswade
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
We’re looking for an organised Customer Services Coordinator to handle customer enquiries, prepare quotations and process orders for a busy Biggleswade business. This is a varied role where you’ll keep customers informed and help work move smoothly through the team.
What you’ll be doing
Responding to customer enquiries by phone and email.
Preparing estimates and quotations, including revisions and follow-up.
Processing orders and checking details for accuracy.
Coordinating jobs with the operational team and updating customers on progress.
Maintaining records using internal systems and spreadsheets.
Supporting the wider customer service team with day-to-day administration.
About you
At least three years’ experience in customer service and administration.
Experience preparing quotations or estimates and processing orders.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and communication skills.
Confidence managing several priorities in a busy environment.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
A professional telephone manner and a willingness to learn new systems.
