Description:
We are currently seeking customer services advisers for a specialist Health insurance company based just outside of Taunton , Somerset.
The role will be that you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries which will predominately be telephone based, and you will deliver a service that will ultimately play an important part of helping our customers at their time of need, ensuring that they have access to the right treatment.
Ideal candidates will have experience of dealing with customer calls and any Medical/NHS knowledge would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be given.
This is an entry level role into an organisation that promotes self development and career growth.
We are currently looking for candidates available to start first week in June
