We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to work for an industry leading company in Caerphilly. It's a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team in a fun, lively working environment.
This is a varied role where you will be the link between the end customer and the manufacturing facility.
As Customer Service Administrator you will:
Use your communication skills to full advantage when handling a variety of calls from customers on a daily basis, liaising with production, planning and logistics
Display attention to detail when accurately inputting details, producing quotes, updating customers on the status of their orders and organising delivery slots
Showcase your organisational skills when responding to emails and queries from various stakeholders
Be a team player and be able to be the link between both internal and external stakeholdersThis is an exciting new position with a company that has a solid reputation for developing staff internally.
