We are looking for Customer Service & Adminstrators to join a busy team on a 4-6 week project initially
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are available to start immediately and are looking to gain valuable experience within a professional environment. You'll be speaking with business contacts over the phone, updating internal systems, and helping ensure key information is accurately recorded.
Key Responsibilities
Contact third parties to confirm and update account information.
Follow up on outstanding invoices and request copies where required.
Accurately update internal systems and maintain detailed records.
Provide a professional, friendly and courteous service during all telephone interactions.
Manage your workload effectively to meet project deadlines and targets. We're looking for candidates who are:
