Description:
DNA Recruitment are recruiting a Customer Service/Internal Sales Representative for our UK leading manufacturing client in Failsworth who have ambitious plans for continued growth and to become a world leader in their field. This is an exciting career opportunity for someone with a strong customer focus and outgoing personality to develop in a role with fantastic long term prospects.
The role will eventually incorporate aspects of Internal Sales, however this will be more Account Management based with some Business Development, and will involve little or no cold calling.
About You
* Great customer service, ideally in a role involving B2B
* Knowledge of export processes and relevant documents
* Team player
* Great communication
* Manufacturing background (beneficial)
* Planned and organised
* Strong knowledge of Sage, Microsoft Office and Customer Service software
Responsibilities
* Contribute to the daily Customer Service operation and standards
* Ensure own compliance with all customer service policies
* Respond to and resolve complaints in a timely manner
* Daily contact with customers and other key stakeholders
* Maintain existing accounts
* Oversee and follow up orders, quotes and enquiries
* Develop new business
* Communicate and liaise with relevant internal departments
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 08:45 - 17:00, Friday 08:45 - 15:00
