Eye4 Recruitment are to looking to find for their central based Farnham client a Customer Service / Driver, you will be an integral part of the team, responsible for ensuring a seamless rental experience for all clients.
MAIN JOB ROLE:
* Greeting customers with a friendly and professional demeanour, assisting them with their rental needs
* Conducting vehicle inspections before and after rentals to ensure they are clean, and free of damage
* Handling administrative tasks such as processing rental agreements, managing paperwork
* Providing clear explanations of rental terms, conditions, and vehicle features to customers
* Safely operating a variety of vehicles, ensuring their timely delivery and pickup to and from designated locations
* Offering exceptional customer service by addressing enquiries, resolving concerns, and going the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction
SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle administrative tasks accurately
* A customer-centric approach with a positive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
* A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
