London (Office-Based)
Monday to Friday office hours
Are you passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience while leading a high-performing support team?
We are working with a growing business within the utilities sector that's looking for a Customer Experience / Sales Support Manager to lead a small team of 5–10 people, ensuring customers receive outstanding support from point of sale through to aftercare.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys improving processes, developing people and creating a customer-first culture.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and coaching a customer experience & sales support team
Managing the after-sales customer journey for B2B customers
Driving service improvements and operational efficiency
Working closely with sales and other internal departments
Monitoring KPIs, customer satisfaction and team performance
Creating a positive, high-performing team environment
We'd love to hear from you if you have:
Experience leading a customer service, customer experience or sales support team
A background in B2B customer operations
Strong coaching and people management skills
A passion for improving customer journeys and service delivery
Utilities sector experience (ideally)
