Description:
Proactive Personnel are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to start work on a permanent basis in Preston.
Duties:
* Delivery of service excellence through a communicative customer focused approach applied to the customer order process
* Manage debit/credit note process to meet customer and company requirements
* Manage customer complaints and returns effectively and efficiently
* Lead and develop a small, office-based customer service team.
* Support key accounts and resolve complex queries and claims.
* Coordinate with marketing, supply and transport teams.
* Maintain controls across quotations, orders, payments and installations.
* Drive a collaborative, accountable and customer-focused culture.
Requirements:
* Excellent customer service delivery
* Proven B2B customer service and team leadership experience.
* Strong coaching, communication, influencing and conflict-management skills.
* Ability to prioritise work, solve problems and manage projects in a fast-paced environment.
* A collaborative, resilient and solutions-focused approach.
* Proficiency in Microsoft applications and general IT systems.
Monday to Thursday 08:00- 17:00 and Friday 08:00- 16:00.
Salary is dependent on experience, ranging up to £35,000
