Customer Service Support
£175 Daily inside IR35
4 month contract
Hybrid 1 day a week required in the Manchester Office
This client is a Non-profit organisation that supports UK government with their Energy and Net Zero goals. They are looking for multiple customer service individuals to support with a diverse range of inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple communication channels, providing accurate information, guidance, and support to members of the public, delivery partners, and key stakeholders.
Experience required:
Experience working within a contact centre, customer service, or customer engagement environment.
Proven experience managing both inbound and outbound customer interactions.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt communication styles to different audiences.
Strong IT literacy, including experience using CRM, customer management, or case management systems.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism
