Customer Service Advisor - Full Time

Location: West Hull

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Adecco is delighted to be supporting a growing and well‑established organisation based in West Hull in their search for a friendly and customer‑focused Customer Service Advisor. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and enjoys working in a fast‑paced, team‑orientated environment.

???? The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing support and resolving enquiries efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in ensuring a positive customer experience while also supporting internal processes to maintain high service standards.

This is a varied role suited to someone who is confident, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks with ease.

???? Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing excellent customer service, resolving queries quickly and effectively
Building strong relationships with customers to ensure a positive experience
Updating and maintaining accurate customer records
Supporting order queries, billing enquiries, and general account support
Chasing outstanding information or responding to follow-ups as required
Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery
Carrying out general administrative duties such as data entry and reporting

???? About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

Have previous customer service experience (essential)
Be a confident communicator with a professional and friendly manner
Be customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills
Have excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
Be comfortable working in a busy, office-based environment
Have good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
Have experience handling billing or account queries (advantageous but not essential)
