Your new company
This manufacturing company in Middleton is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join their team due to growth. They are an excellent business to work for where they pride themselves on having a collaborative and people-focused culture.
Your new role
You will be responsible for providing support to their customers and internal teams. This includes:
Handling customer queries
Processing customer orders
Updating customer information
Working with other internal teams such as sales, operations and finance
Supporting day-to-day operations and any other ad-hoc duties neededWhat you'll need to succeed
Your previous experience in customer service and/or administration will help you succeed in this role. You are an excellent communicator, both written and verbal and can work well in a varied and fast-paced environment. You're organised, have a keen eye for detail and prioritise effectively. You are proactive in your approach as well as being a problem-solver. An additional European language would be beneficial but not essential. You will also need to be able to get to their site in Middleton.
