This Global business has an opening to become part of their dedicated customer support team and keep their mission of achieving the highest levels of Customer Service and Satisfaction!
YOU will be an integral part of our team and ensuring that the customers receive the best service possible!
Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to incoming inquiries via telephone and email promptly and efficiently.
Providing outstanding administrative support to accounts and field sales representatives.
Reviewing, processing, and setting up new accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all paperwork and information.
Maintaining customer master data.
Assisting customers with inquiries related to the status of shipments, credits, returns, and repairs.
Offering advice and product support to customers.
Building and maintaining positive internal relationships within our global business.Qualifications and Skills:
Previous experience in customer service
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong administrative and organisational skills
