Have you been looking for an interesting office-based job working between 6:00pm and 10:00pm Monday to Friday, but not been able to find it? Well, Michelle Denny Recruitment may have the position you’ve been searching for! Partnering with Lexham Insurance, we’re building a brand-new ‘twilight’ team of Customer Service Sales Advisors. The basic salary is £24,250pa pro rata and there are additional commissions and benefits on top too (OTE £28k pro rata).
Located in their shiny new offices in Diss, you’ll be at the heart of this busy organisation.
You’ll need to love talking with people on the phone and have great listening skills too.
Working to gentle targets, you’ll be:
Taking calls from customers wishing to buy motorcycle insurance, and you’ll be guiding them through the process, ensuring you have all the necessary information to provide each person with the best quote and policy to suit their needs. It’s a busy and buzzy environment and whether you’re looking to take your first step into a call centre environment or you’re a seasoned call handler, you’ll be given first class training along with the opportunity to take qualifications to help you develop and shine in your role.
