The job you’ll do:

* Deliver outstanding customer service by maintaining relationships with internal and external customers.

* Respond to inbound calls and initiate outbound calls/email correspondence

* Process customer orders through internal record management systems.

* Manage customer expectations, advising on lead times, share product knowledge and alternatives available.

* Report and escalate customer queries to the Customer Service Team Leader as appropriate.

* Support other team members as and when required.

* Process orders

* Coordinate returns with the Warehouse

* Arrange private orders and take card payments

* Coordinate returns with the Warehouse and arrange replacements if required.

About you:

* Available for an immediate start

* Relevant recent experience in a similar customer-centric environment.

* Robust to receive challenging calls

* Able to deal with / manage and diffuse conflict via phone and email

* Basic problem-solving skills, and knowing when to escalate to CS Manager

* Proactive, not reactive – excellent account/order management skills

* Multitasking skills

* Has excellent communication skills, verbal and written
