Temporary Customer Service Representatives - Immediate Start
Ringwood or London (Hybrid)
£12.80 per hour (£15.35 per hour after 10pm)
Monday to Friday | 3:00pm - 12:00am BST
Start Date: 3rd August (subject to change to 6th August)
TeamJobs is recruiting 9 English-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an exciting temporary automotive recall project with our client, Konecta.
This is a non-sales customer service role, ideal for candidates with excellent communication skills and previous customer service experience.
The Role
As a Recall Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Handling inbound and outbound customer service calls
Contacting repair centres, dealerships and installers regarding a product safety recall
Explaining the recall process and gathering customer information
Assisting consumers with recall enquiries
Accurately updating customer records
What We're Looking For
Fluent English speakers
Previous customer service or call centre experience
Excellent communication and listening skills
Strong attention to detail
Confident using computer systems
Available to start at short notice
