Customer Service Representative (Financial Services)

£24,000 - £25,000 + Training + Progression + Bonus + Overtime + Hybrid working options + 1 in 4 Saturdays

In this role, you'll oversee administrative duties for mortgage accounts, addressing inquiries and promoting products and services via phone, email and letters to ensure customer satisfaction. You'll also have the chance to suggest products tailored to their needs, providing a client-centric service.

This role would suit a Customer Service Representative or similar with and interest in financial services who is looking to join a highly collaborative environment where they will be advancing in their customer service skills while progressing in their career to a senior role.

The Role

Manage mortgage account administrative tasks, including completions and payments - Training available
Engage customers via phone and email, resolving inquiries and promoting products - Training available
Proactively upsell tailored products, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and enhancing opportunities - Training availableThe Person:
