Our client are a unique financial services organisation dedicated to providing exceptional services and assisting their valued customers.
With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction they have made a significant investment in technology to deliver efficient, up-to-date banking services in a mobile, 24/7 digital world and are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their growing team on a 12 Month FTC.
A typical day will see you experience in managing customer expectations and developing customer relationships (e.g. Identification of potential cross selling opportunities, Promotion of CAF Products), effective complaints handling, You will also be corresponding with clients over the phone, webchat and/or email.
As you can imagine no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Excellent communication skills
* Good IT skills including Excel
* The ability to multi-task
* An adaptable and professional approach
* To want to be part of a great team
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. After 3 Months office-based working there will be the opportunity to spend part of your time working from home.
