We're excited to be partnering with a renowned luxury eyewear company to recruit a Customer Service Representative on an initial 6-month temporary contract, with a genuine opportunity to secure a permanent position.

This isn't your typical customer service role. You'll become a trusted brand ambassador, providing a high-end, consultative experience to customers and retail partners alike. What You'll Be Doing

Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
Supporting orders, deliveries, returns and product queries
Building strong relationships with both retail partners and consumers
Delivering a personalised, premium customer experience at every touchpoint
Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
Processing orders and maintaining accurate customer recordsWhat We're Looking For

Previous experience in a customer service, sales support or client-facing role
A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships
