Working as part of a fun and friendly Customer Service Team, this busy and varied role will see you being responsible for:
Answering incoming enquiries for business-to-business customers via telephone and email
Processing customer orders, handle enquiries, monitor orders and proactively act on any issues that may arise
Keeping up to date with product knowledge
Liaising with various departments regarding stock, deliveries and dispatch of orders Experience Required:
Previous experience of working within a customer service role in a call centre
Strong communication skills
CRM system knowledge ideally, or the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
High attention to detail Benefits and Hours:
Monday to Friday: The team alternate between 8.30am-4.30pm or 9.30am-5.30pm working hours on a rota basis.
Working one Saturday in six (8 per year) - hours are 8.30am - 2.30pm
