Role: Customer Service Representative
Salary: Up to £22k DOE
Hours: 9-5 (hybrid after probation)
Responsibilities:
Take ownership and responsibility of your own caseload
Research cases and decide best course of action
Produce and review outgoing documentation both written and electronic
Liaise with clients and find solutions to quires
Deliver results in agreed timeframe with superiorDo you have?
Minimum 1+ years customer service
Proficient in Microsoft packages and CRM's
