Description:
We're looking for positive, energetic, and professional Customer Service Representatives to join our ever-growing home team in Teesside on a full time, permanent basis.
You'll spend your time on the phone, talking to our customers and asking insightful questions to identify their needs. Our customers will be calling you when they need advice and support, so helping people and giving them the best experience possible, will matter to you. At AXA we're adopting a Hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Teesside office. You'll work two days in the office each week with the rest home working.
Job Responsibilities:
* Customer service experience
* Excellent telephone skills, easily able to build rapport and focus on the customer
* Excellent communication and listening skills with high attention to detail and quality
* Self-motivated and able to work without close supervision
* Highly motivated able to use your own initiative
* Ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently
* A strong team player
No experience needed – full training provided!
Shifts & Salary:
Full time 8am - 8pm Mon - Fri (Sat will be 1 in 4)
£21,450 per annum
