Internal Sales Support

? Salary: £28,500 + ? Quarterly Bonus (up to 20% annually)
??Hybrid (2 days at home per week) after 3 months' probation

What You Will Be Doing
Working as part of a busy internal sales team, you will play a key role in driving sales and delivering excellent customer service:
Identifying opportunities to increase customer spend and fill product gaps
Building strong relationships to encourage repeat business
Managing inbound calls and responding to customer enquiries
Processing orders, returns, and pro formas accurately
Providing pricing, stock, and delivery information
Handling customer queries and complaints in a professional manner
Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets
What You Will Need to Succeed
Previous experience in customer service or internal sales
Strong sales mindset with a proactive approach
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Confident telephone manner with a customer-first attitude
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Quick to learn new systems and processes
A team player who can also work independently

£28,500 base salary
