- Provide accurate information about products and services, processing orders, and facilitating resolutions for any issues.

- Update customer information in the database during and after each call.

- Work collaboratively with team members to improve overall customer service and enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.

- Must possess a personal computer or laptop with a stable internet connection suitable for handling voice and data processing.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for problem-solving.

- No prior experience necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.
