Customer Service Representative/Administrator
I am delighted to be working with a leading UK furniture provider in their search for a Customer Service Representative to join their team located just outside Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.
Having been a leader in their industry for over 30 years, this is an exciting time to be joining the business as they are entering into a period of growth and development so are looking for innovative, creative, and confident professionals who will bring their passion for Customer Service and excellent communication skills.
At the heart of this role, you will be providing first-class support to customers and colleagues, whilst delivering product knowledge and upselling opportunities.
Duties to include:
•Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor when interacting with customers
•Promptly respond to customer inquiries via multiple communication channels
•Address and resolve customer complaints effectively
•Possess comprehensive knowledge of our products to answer customer queries confidently
•Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately
•Record all customer interactions, transactions, feedback, and complaints
•Collaborate with colleagues as needed to ensure seamless customer service
•Provide feedback on the effectiveness of the customer service procedures
•Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering professional support consistently
Requirements:
•Previous experience in customer support
•A dynamic mindset with a strong passion for both personal growth and professional
•Capacity to work independently and make sound decisions autonomously

•Salary: Circa £26,000 OTE £32,000 (These are based on Team & Individual KPIs)
