As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for their customers, taking orders over the phone, providing assistance, resolving enquiries, and ensuring their experience is positive and memorable. Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone and email using sage.
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving product or service issues.
Provide accurate information about the products, services, and policies to customers.
Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
Maintain thorough and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements:
Previous experience in inputting orders over the phone is essential.
Experience with Sage software is highly preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Proficiency in computer systems and customer service software.
