Ellis Mason are working exclusively with a highly regarded business based in Biggleswade to help them find a CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS ADVISOR.
In order to apply for the CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS ADVISOR you must have experience of working in the motor trade and therefore have some basic car knowledge.
For the role of CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS ADVISOR, you will need to be comfortable in a customer focussed environment. You will need to greet all customers coming into the facilities and handle the reason for their visit.
THE SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary circa £28,000-£33,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
Monday to Friday office hours of 9am - 5.30pm on a permanent, full-time basis

THE JOB
The main duties included within the role of the CUSTOMER SERVICE PARTS ADVISOR, are:
First contact for visiting customers
Offering tea/coffee water to visitors
Professionally organising for customers vehicles to be booked in
Offering the same support to customers calling or messaging in
Looking up customer accounts and updating their account with new information
Using your product knowledge to discuss basic parts with the customer
Stock management
Management of product returns
Handling customer complaints
Keeping customers informed at all times
Collection of cars in periods of business
General upkeep of the office along with colleagues
