We are now looking for a Customer Service Operative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.

The Role

As a Customer Service Operative, you will carry out general maintenance works and minor repairs to our properties.

Ensuring work is completed to a high standard and in a safe and cost-effective manner, you will conduct a range of work, including painting, drylining, carpentry, window adjustments, carpet repairs and mastic and silicone renewal.

You will ensure that required materials are readily available or an order has been placed prior to attendance and use the mCare app to report job outcomes back to the office team.

About You

To be considered as a Customer Service Operative, you will need:

- Experience working in a trade-based role
- General construction experience
- Experience working with customers
- Knowledge of NHBC standards
- A qualification in a trade such as carpentry or drylining
- A full, valid driving licence

The closing date for this role is 19th July 2024.
