We now have an exciting opportunity with our client for a Customer & Support Services Officer to join their team in London on an initial 3-month contract (inside IR35). This is a hybrid working role that would require 3 days in the office per week.
You'll be working as part of their Housing Customer and Support Services team, acting as the first point of contact in receiving, responding to, and administering repairs and maintenance service requests.
Principal responsibilities:
* Provide solid customer service, responding to customer service requests and enquiries, being able to listen and input data simultaneously at the same time.
* Liaise with different members of the team to ensure that an effective service is provided to residents and keeping customers informed of progress.
* Produce performance information and reports about repairs and the associated procedures.
* A range of administrative duties such as, but not limited to the completion and monitoring of building insurance claims, issuing Section 20 notices, updating and maintaining databases and filing systems, issuing of gas certificates, monitoring of overdue gas safety inspections, producing guidance notes for residents about repairs and other property services administrative functions or related issues as designated.
* On occasions, you may have to assist the reception team
Key skills/experience required:
* A minimum of 2 years experience in a Customer Service focused role
* Strong administrative duties experience
* Experience being on the telephone
* Strong communicator
