An understanding of and empathy for customer issues is crucial, along with maintaining composure and patience, particularly in challenging situations. Strong problem-solving skills enable the identification and resolution of customer problems efficiently, while adaptability and flexibility are key in managing a wide range of customer enquiries.
Excellent organisational skills are important, along with being comfortable with technology, specifically Microsoft Office including Excell
