Customer Service Manager (Building Services)
Location: Norwich
Salary Range: £300 -£400per day (depending on skills and experience)
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm
Contract is freelance basis ongoing
ARC Group are recruiting for a Customer Service Manager for our client based in Norwich. The ideal candidate must have experience managing a large team with a good background of property or buildng services. Experience in a scheduling or call centre management background would be beneficial for the role.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Customer Service Manager you will be managing a range of teams (around 20 people) working within a building services sector
As the Customer Service Manager you will be required to assist with any implentation of new systems & contracts and roll that out to the teams
As the Customer Service Manager you will be required to deal with complaints handling, roll out of KPI's and assist with the workers training programmes.
As the Customer Service Manager you will be working with a team leader to make sure teams are providing a good service to clientsl contractors and tenants.
Skills and Experience:
Must have experience in working in a fast paced environment
Must have experience in managing a team ideally in a call centre environment
Must resilient, organised, professional and able to deal with a range of people in teams
