This position is located in Solihull, the salary is £35,000 - £43,000 per annum and contains many benefits.

Becoming the single point of contact within the account for service-related problems and escalations
Taking ownership of escalated customer issues, and troubleshooting with the engineers to find a resolution
Reporting against contractually agreed SLAs and guidelines
Providing a high standard of customer service to customers at all times throughout their journey to ensure a successful relationship
Looking for ways to improve the serviceKey Skills and Experience of a Customer Service Delivery Manager:

Service Delivery/Customer Success/Client Services experience is preferred
Previous leadership experience, especially in a contact centre is required
Excellent communication skills and being able to speak to a variety of people
You should be IT literate as you will be required to use various systems
