Autograph Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Manager based in Hereford.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone local who enjoys bringing out the best in a team, building strong customer relationships and making a real difference to the service a business delivers.
You’ll take ownership of the customer service function, combining day-to-day team management with the opportunity to improve processes and shape the customer experience.
Responsibilities of Customer Service Manager:
Leading and supporting the customer service team, helping them deliver a consistently high standard of service.
Managing day-to-day workloads and ensuring customer enquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
Taking ownership of escalated queries and complaints, finding practical solutions and keeping customers informed.
Coaching team members, identifying training needs and supporting their development.
Reviewing customer feedback and service performance to identify areas for improvement.
Working closely with other departments to resolve issues and ensure a smooth customer journey.
Improving processes to help the team work more effectively as the business develops.
