What will you be doing?

Raising of orders for suppliers via workday

Chasing third party suppliers for completed paperwork to enable us to meet KPIs

Dealing with post-collection queries, including invoice queries, non-conformances, certificates of disposal.

Create and review brokering invoices via SF

Checks and balance of costs in and charges out

Monitoring the KPI for invoicing

Raising manual payments

Calculation of rebates to customers

Supporting on the month end accounts to ensure accuracy

To deal with both internal and external customers.

What are we looking for?

GCSE Science, Maths and English

Use of Salesforce

Computer Literate

Financial understanding

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Time Management
