Customer Service Executive (Logistics)

Description:

My client is a fast growing logistics business with a network of 11 sites in the UK currently with further expansion plans on the horizon. You will be working alongside operations providing a professional & seamless service to their customers. You will be working in a fast paced environment where no two days are the same.

Due to further expansion they are seeking a customer service executive to join their friendly team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is motivated and ambitious and looking to build a career.

Responsibilities

·Taking in bound calls from key account with enquiries, orders and queries

·Working to customer KPI’s on performance and resolutions

·Logging details onto inhouse TMS system and producing performance reports

·Coordinate delivery bookings and monitor timed deliveries, proactively communicating and service issues

·Managing complaints and liaising with a number of stakeholders in the business to provide a timely solution

·Communicating with clients internal/external via the telephone ,email and face to face

·Building relationships

·Providing solutions

Skills required

·Experience of working within a logistics environment

·Strong communication skills

·Previous key account/customer service experience

·Resilience

·Able to deal with complaints

·Solution driven

·Strong IT skills

Working hours Monday – Friday 09.00 – 17.00
