We are currently seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join a Financial Services business in Knaresborough as Customer Service Executive.
As part of our client's organisation, you'll have the opportunity to work with a friendly and supportive team, dedicated to providing outstanding service to our valued customers.
???? Key responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional levels of customer service via phone, email, and social media channels.
Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues.
Provide accurate and timely information to customers and resolve their concerns efficiently.
Maintain customer records and update information in the database.
When trained, you will be able to close new accounts after which you will be given a health bonus! This can be between £100-£200 per month on top of your base salary.???? What's in it for you?

Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
