Customer Service Executive
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Bedford, Bedfordshire
Hours: Part time (minimum 20 hours per week)

Work with clients to write optimised job adverts
Post client jobs to a market leading job board network
Speak to and deal with initial customer enquiries
Run online demos with clients
Help clients with their Applicant Tracking Systems
Support internal account managers with client support and basic job reportingWho you’ll be:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Excellent attention to detail - high accuracy when proof reading documents to ensure all information is correct.
Strong customer service skills to be able to positively communicate important messages to customers and professionally handle any issues that arise.
Strong computer skills in MS Office and ability to quickly pick up and learn new systems.
Comfortable communicating with people on all different levels and through a variety of methods such as telephone, email and face to face.
Strong organisational skills to balance various requirements of the role and ensure colleagues are working to support your projects.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise workload so that requests are handled efficiently.
