Customer Service Executive
 
Location: Christchurch
Hours: Full-Time, Shift-Based
Salary: £27,980 with the opportunity to rise to £32,185 P/S
 
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys helping people and making a genuine difference?
 
We're looking for Customer Service Executives to join a friendly and supportive team in Christchurch, supporting customers when they need it most.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous customer service, call centre or telephone-based experience who is looking to join an organisation that provides full training and genuine opportunities to develop their career.
 
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Handling a high volume of telephone calls and emails from customers
Assessing and processing customer cases efficiently and accurately
Gathering relevant information and documentation
Providing clear guidance and support throughout the process
Investigating cases and working towards effective resolutions
Ensuring customers receive a high standard of service at every stage
Managing multiple cases while maintaining excellent attention to detail Some situations can be challenging, so we're looking for someone who can remain calm, professional and empathetic when speaking with customers.
 
You'll ideally have:

Previous customer service, call centre or telephone-based experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence speaking with customers over the phone
Strong computer skills
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
A naturally empathetic and customer-focused approach
Good numerical ability Full Training Provided:

No previous industry experience is required as full training will be provided.
Training will run Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm, for approximately 5-7 weeks and will include classroom, online and practical on-the-job learning.
Please note that full commitment to the training period is essential, and holidays cannot be taken during training. Once fully trained, you'll work on a shift basis covering:

Monday-Friday, with start times between 8am - 9.45am
Finishing times between 4.30pm - 6.15pm
Saturday shifts between 8am - 4.30pm
1 Saturday shift approximately every 5 weeks
Shift patterns provided around 5 weeks in advance What's On Offer?

Due to the recruitment timeline, you must be available to interview on 8th or 14th October.
