The Burford Recruitment Company are excited to be working with a well-established and highly successful company located on the outskirts of Witney, who are seeking a Customer Service Executive.

The main purpose of this role is to provide exceptional customer service to all customers, encompassing a good understanding of their needs, and processing their requirements with speed and accuracy.

Responsibilities

* Process orders received via email and the ordering system

* Answer telephone calls and deal with customer queries efficiently

* Promote and cross sell products

* Give customers technical information on products confidently

* Handle complaints and disputes professionally and aim the resolve the situation amicably

* Develop a good working relationship with internal departments

* Think "outside the box" and offer achievable solutions to problems

Skills and attributes required

* Previous administration or customer service experience

* Have a pleasant and friendly style

* Excellent attention to detail

* Ability to multitask

* Have your own transport
