Job Title: Customer Service Executive
Location: Bidford-On-Avon
Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 ( depending on experience)

Working Hours: Full Time Hours
Must be able to drive to get to location
Working within the E-Commerce department you will be delivering a professional service to online customers & prospects by ensuring web orders are processed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the timely processing of orders from various online platforms
* Responding email inbox queries
* Ensure orders are being followed from initial entry, through to despatch and pick up
* Making sure that the customer receives updates
* Actioning refunds and raise return notes and credit requests
* Understand and implement the clients minimum order value policies
* Lead the maintenance and growth of eBay product listings
Skills and Experience needed:
* Experience in a similar position is essential
* Good Excel skills would be an advantage
* Good attention to detail and accuracy skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
